Kia Ora whanau, as you all know every marae here in Ruatahuna has an allocated month in which to fundraise money for their marae, October is the month for Te Paenga.
So have a look at our calendar, and see whats going on, feel free to do some fundraising out there for your marae, let our commitee know whats going on, we here at home might be able to help in some way, or if you were wanting to leave a koha for your marae please email, Ruhia or Riwia and we can get the marae's account details to you. Currently we have a short term goal of getting new toilets for the marae, hopefully with in the next 2 years, so this is primarily our goal for fundraising. Our Wananga is being run under Te Awanuiarangi with Te Makarini being our facilitator.
