Our Values are:

Tūhoetanga We value our shared identity, language, heritage, traditions, customs and unique qualities as Tūhoe both tangible and intangible.  Quality We will ensure decisions are based on sound judgement, quality information and advice, and robust discussion.

Integrity We will be honest, forthright and open in our transactions with each other and our members, business partners, suppliers and others.

Kaitiakitanga We will govern and develop the Tūhoe fisheries settlement assets for us and our mokopuna after us, in a way which is sustainable and consistent with Tūhoe cultural practices in relation to fisheries.

Kotahitanga We will work towards unifying all mandated Tūhoe tribal entities for the benefit of Tūhoe members, whānau and hapū under a common vision for Tūhoe. We will work together with other Tūhoe entities, maintaining a people focus, while valuing diversity among Tūhoe people and communities.
