Kia Ora whanau, about time, beautiful to have access to all the whakapapa and old stories. I would like some information on my Greatgrandfather, Tahau Tarawhiti, he is the father of my grandmother Puarangi Kirkwood-nee Tarawhiti. Much love, Rangimaria Pere.

Jason Tarawhiti:  Building & AMP; Consultation.  Sun 5th Oct 2008.

Building HRT Ltd is a company owned and operated by my Father Hokio Tarawhiti contracting to Flerchers Construction in Wellington. We have got a lot of expertise that can assist in the building of Te Kauri Marae. Family owned business.  New toilets - did anyone notice there weren't toilet roll holders in the toilet cubicles? Have power outlets been considered for hair dryers and electric shavers?

Congratulations on your recent appointment to Te Kauhanganui.  As you know Dad has all the precious photos with the exception of Granddad Kio (as attached).  I've also attached one of Mum & Dad in their younger years.  Will relay your message to all the whanau over here. You would be pleased to know that I have posted the website on my blog www.bebo.com/kirihiri emailed and text messaged all whanau from this side of the Tasman

The website is absolutely fantastic, you are to be commended for your great wisdom. My tane was most intrigued and impressed with the information as I and will ensure this is passed around.
