Te Kauri Marae Whanau Maori Land Court Shares
As descendants of Te Kauri Marae, most of the whanau would have interests and shares in land.
This is land that is registered and administered under the Ture Whenua Act or the juristiction of the Maori Land Court.
Some land interests are administered by the Office of the Maori Trustee, and other land interests and shares are held in different Incorporations.
