Are you a descendant of Manomano? Have you registered your affiliation to Ngāti Manomano? Currently we have approximately 250 registered members of Ngāti Manomano. Kia kaha tātou.
Please download the Iwi Registration form, and follow the steps below:
1. Complete the Mandatory Information
First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Gender, Address, Contact Number
2. Fill in the Relevant Whakapapa Details
Parents & Grandparents
3. Print out the form, sign the Declaration and then scan the form onto the computer,
OR . . . Type your name in the Declaration and a kaumātua will sign it on your behalf.
4. Send the Completed Iwi Registration Form to the TOTR Marae Committee

PRIVACY STATEMENT
The Privacy Act 1993
The information that you supply on this application form will be held by your nominated Hapū.
All information will be treated in a confidential manner and any inaccurate or false information could render the registration form invalid, and should you have been successful in your registration may be grounds for removal from the whānau/Hapū/Iwi register and the electoral roll. The information will be held on a centralised database but under hapu ownership. (Security and access will be managed by the Te Pātaka Iringa Kāwai software). No information will be disclosed to third parties without your authorisation except as required by law or with other Iwi you have identified.
Information on unsuccessful applicants will be removed after three months. You have the right to view your personal information held on the database. This will occur with a nominated Hapū representative and information can be corrected if necessary.
