Update 6/10/08: New Trustee to replace Puhirake Ihaka. Jeffrey Rolleston was voted in at the last Tauwhao Te Ngare AGM.
Update 17/3/08: The Trust has a new Chairperson, Phil Gardiner. Phil replaces Will Gardiner and comes with a wealth of experience particularly in relation to business finance.
Applications are invited from owners or their descendants for the 2009 Education and Scholarships for tertiary level study (special conditions apply). Application forms are available from:

Brendon Taingahue (Orchard Manager) advises that the harvesting of kiwifruit happened in March and was very successful. Picking every year is getting quicker so as to catch the Asian markets that attract top dollar.
Recent developments include the building of a holding shed in the orchard for kiwifruit.
Election of a new Trustee, Brendon Taingahue (also Manager) at the recent Trust AGM held in early October, 2007.
The Tauwhao Te Ngare Trust AGM is held on the first Friday in October every year at Rangiwaea Marae. Make a note of that date to attend and hear about the positive developments happening within the economic arm of the Hapu.
