Uploading Video/Audio/Lyrics into the Marae Taonga section

Convert your Video/Audio files into an .flv file ready to upload into the Marae Taonga Page.
  • If you haven't already, Log In to Naumaiplace.  This will give you access to your Marae Taonga Page.
  • Log In to Content Manager Insite.  
  • On the Home drop down list, choose Select your Marae.  Select.
  • Next, go to the Home drop down list in Content Manager Insite select the Help tab  
  • Select Video/Audio Media
  • Follow the instructions and Download the Media Converter to your Desktop
  •  Unzip it
  • Open Media Converter.  
  • Simply drag and drop your Video/Audio file and drop into the Drop-video-here or Drop-audio-here box. 
This will create a file with the same file name as the original with the extension.flv and in the correct format for the Naumaiplace site. 
 
Upload Video/Audio/Lyric files 
  • Log In to Content Manager Insite.  
  • On the Home drop down list, choose Select your Marae.  Select.
  • Next, go to the Site drop down list and select Marae Taonga
  • Write the Title of your Video/Audio/Lyrics file
  • Select the Media type:  Video, Audio or Lyric/Words only
  • Save. (If you forget, a prompt will pop up.)
  • Browse for your file and Upload
  • Type in the Lyrics or words if they are to accompany your Video/Audio file, or if they are a word only file.
  • Click Save to save and continue working on the page, or Click Ok to save and exit page.
